Is my vehicle insured during transport?
Yes. All carriers we work with are fully licensed, insured, and vetted. Your vehicle is covered during transit according to the carrier’s insurance policy.
Do I need to be present at pickup and delivery?
Ideally, yes. But if you can’t be there, you can assign a trusted representative to hand off or receive the vehicle.

Do you offer door-to-door delivery?
Yes. We pick up and drop off your vehicle at the closest accessible locations to your addresses.
Can I ship a non-running vehicle?
Yes, as long as it can roll, steer, and brake. Additional equipment fees may apply.
Do you ship classic or luxury vehicles?
Absolutely. We offer enclosed and specialty services for classic, exotic, and high-value cars.

Vehicle Preparation
What should I do before my car is picked up?
Remove personal items, check for leaks, ensure tires are inflated, and keep your fuel tank at around 1/4 full.
Can I put personal items in my car?
We recommend avoiding it. Some carriers allow up to 100 lbs in the trunk, but it must be disclosed.
Should I wash my car before shipping?
Yes. A clean vehicle helps with accurate inspection during pickup.

How long does pickup take once I book?
Typically within 1–4 days. Expedited service options are available if you need faster pickup.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times depend on distance. Short routes may take 1–3 days, while cross-country shipping usually takes 5–10 days.
Will I get updates during transport?
Yes. Your dedicated agent keeps you informed, and the driver often provides updates as well.
What if my street can’t fit a large transport truck?
We’ll arrange a nearby safe and accessible meeting point.

After Delivery
What should I check when my car arrives?
Inspect your vehicle with the driver and compare it with the pickup inspection report.
What if I notice damage?
Note it on the Bill of Lading immediately and contact us. We’ll help guide the insurance claim process.
Do I need to pay anything at delivery?
Payment depends on your booking type. Some carriers accept cash, Zelle, or cashier’s check at delivery.
